BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT invites you to a free trademark fundamentals seminar for trademark owners on the 12th of March 2012. The trademark law specialists from our Munich branch, Ms. M. Huth-Dierig, Dr. F. Schwab, Dr. V. Schmitz-Fohrmann, Peter Gross and Dr. B. Bahlmann, will lead the seminar. They will cover different aspects from developing the trademark portfolio of a medium-sized business to the search for new trademarks through to out-of-court settlements and the new developments surrounding Google-Adwords. “Copyright in the world of digital media”: Prof. J. B. Nordemann to chair symposium panel in Berlin.

“Protecting intellectual property. “Copyright in the world of digital media.” – this is the title of the symposium to be held by the Media Business Academy, G&J Entertainment Media, and Blickpunkt:Film in Berlin on 8th March 2012. The event will bring representatives from the film and media industries into dialogue with members of parliament. In a total of four panel sessions, topics such as business models, legal provisions, data-backup practices, and aspects of copyright will be discussed.
