On 19 October, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Dr Klaus Dieter Langfinger will give a speech on “Remuneration of Employees Inventions” at the Bavarian Patent Day 2011, organised by the Bavarian Patent Alliance. In his speech, he will present the legal framework and best practices. The event marks the third Bavarian Patent Day; it shows companies various options for the promotion and legal protection of innovation.
